It's been about two months since the last post and I am going to try to increase the frequency of the posts for the rest of the year. That is if I remember to.
March left us and winter finally started turning into spring. Most people were ready for spring, but that Cassie Pup was hanging onto every patch of snow as long as she could. She will miss the snow, but soon she will be able to be swimming again and she'll be excited for warm weather like the rest of us.

With spring, we decided to put out some bird feeders from the garage and hope that the squirrels wouldn't get them this time. With Cassie spending more time in the yard, she does a good job keeping them away. As soon as the feeders went up, the birds started coming. So naturally, I started birding. Checking out all of the sparrows, chickadees, cardinals, and others.
